History of Hidden Treasures
When I went to Cal State Long Beach, I joined College Students in Broadcasting. As club members we could pick a time-slot, and use one of the studio rooms in the media dept's facilities. From there, we got to be the background music to an access channel on Long Beach cable. I always referred to it as pseudo-radio. We had a mailing address and a phone number... But in two years of having a show, I never got a single letter or phone call. So I always wondered if anyone was even listening at all. And when the space shuttle went up, we were put on hold. But I still had a blast. Those two years were some of the most fun I've ever had.
I thought it might be nice to put all my playlists online. At least then I can look back at what I did, even if no one else does! :)
